Frequently asked questions and answers

Q: Do I need to log in before I can use the app?

A: Yes, we require that you log in to the app using either Google, X (Twitter), or Apple.  Becuase the service is intended to be used across multiple devices, a login and account creation is required to use the service.

Q: Which breeds are supported?

A: We are currently working on expanding the app's ability to scan all major cat breeds.  Currently the app has direct support for Persian, Ragdoll, Siamese, Munchkin, American Shorthair and Scottishfold breeds.  Most breeds can be represented by these supported breeds by setting the fur texture of the virtual cat.

Q: How do I delete a cat profile?
A: Open your cat's profile and select edit.  Then click on the Delete icon at the bottom right.  You will be asked to confirm the delete action.  This delete cannot be undone.
